This coaching plan is for small businesses and long-term clients who may no longer need weekly coaching, but want to be held accountable to stay on track to their goals.
$ 500 (6 month minimum)
  • You get daily phone and email access for questions or opportunities that are sure to arise.
  • We'll meet once a month, in a highly targeted meeting to review your progress toward goals and make any changes as needed.
  • You get help with monthly reviews of financial reports and key performance indicators.
  • I'm always available for additional meetings as needed, billed hourly.

Nuts & Bolts Coaching Plan


This coaching plan is a top pick for businesses that want to "find and plug leaks" to increase efficiency and profitability before deciding to expand.
$ 1800 (12 month minimum)
  • Together, we'll (you and I) perform a financial & profitability analysis to find the "leaks in the boat" to help you uncover problems you may not even know you have.
  • We'll develop a real world, working operational budget to hold you accountable to meeting your financial goals.
  • We'll develop up to 5 new strategies or processes based on your most stressful pain points.
  • After deciding on what new strategies to implement to achieve your goals, we'll build a KPI tracker to measure your progress.
  • We'll meet weekly for accountability meetings to review sales, margin, and other various KPI to track improvements based on your new strategies. (about 2 hours each)
  • You'll get daily phone and email access for any questions or opportunities that are sure to arise.

$ 2500 (12 month minimum)

  • We'll develop a real world, working operational budget to hold you accountable to meeting your financial goals.
  • We'll develop multi-department budgets as needed.
  • You'll get additional coaching up to 3 key managers for departmental accountability.
  • After deciding on what new strategies to implement to achieve your goals, we'll build a KPI tracker to measure your progress.
  • We'll conduct up to 8 employee strength and weakness assessments to ensure your people are in the best job for them.
  • We'll develop job descriptions for better employee accountability, team alignment, training programs bonus structures.
  • We'll meet weekly for accountability meetings to review sales, margin, and other various KPI to track improvements based on your new strategies. (about 2 hours each)
